Hunan in Excelsior Springs

This place is AWFUL. After recieving my online order, they showed up and said they were going to call the police on me because I didn't pay. The police even said they didn't understand what they were saying. I am APPAULD at the service I got. Terrible.

Their method of service was elegant and delightful. My curry chicken was prepared fast and was still delicious. The portions were quite big and the waitress was very nice. Best Chinese place in the area.

They are Faster than Jimmy John's. HaHa. Always plenty of food for the price.

The best Chinese food in town! It cannot compare with the buffets that are around. They have lunch Specials even through the weekend. Great food, at good prices! I recommend this place for lunch! (Though the dinner menu is excellent, as well). I've been eating here for years, and the quality has always stayed the same.

Always good food and It's served fairly quickly. We usually do take out and It's a pretty small building with limited parking but the food a d service is great!

This place was alright. A little pricey for the portions but I did still have to get a to go box. The crab rangoons could have had more filling in them.

Absolutely the BEST Chinese I have ever had....I would LIVE off Hunan if I could. GREAT PEOPLE, SERVICE, FOOD AND PRICES :) I love this place!!! When they caught fire, I drove an extra 20 miles to Cameron just to eat lol

Our food was made fresh and fast. The sesame chicken and pad Thai were so delicious. The prices were reasonable as well.

New menu items! I ordered the Sukiyaki soup - presentation alone was 5Star. Taste was delicious! Meat was tender and overall a scrumptious and full meal. Always delicious!

Food was alright, but they dont tell you what all is in the dish itself. Service is good and the waiters dont bug. The food is a little overpriced for the quality. I wouldn't recommend going there if you're wanting to save money and get full (and not the best for a date). - choose your food wisely

I placed an order today for their lunch special at 1:23pm, I had orange chicken, fried rice, and 3 egg rolls, and after I placed the order the estimated time for delivery was 25 min. I waited almost an HOUR and my food still hadn't arrived! I called and the lady that answered said we don't have orange chicken today, then proceeded to try to retake my order! This place is a joke! She didn't even apologize for the delay or anything it was ridiculous.

Edible, not great. Old grease, freshly cooked, but not worth the cost. Very disappointed. We went at off time, but since we were the only ones there, it should have been great. Go somewhere else....

We have ordered here weekly for the last two months. Everytime has been delivered in under 25 minutes, extremely hot and delicious. Our new go to Chinese food place. Love it and would recommend to all.

This is my family’s favorite restaurant in town. They are always so friendly and the food is always hot and delicious. They have the best egg rolls and crab Rangoon. Sweet & Sour soup is another favorite.

Hunan is definitely our go to place to eat Chinese food in Excelsior Springs! Their crab Rangoon is so delish and there’s not a long wait for your food. Plus they have these cute fish to greet you upon pick up!

I never had a problem till now I went on and ordered delivery on line almost 50.00 worth was charged to my account. it didnt come I called them to ask what was wrong they said they no longer deliver and they never got order or payment To bad been going there for years
